Course Description

The Certified Governance Advisor (CGA) workshop is an advanced program designed for Certified Organizational Professionals (COPs) and seasoned business leaders aiming to deepen their expertise in evaluating and enhancing organizational maturity and to help their organizations develop plans for enhancing their overall performance. Participants will gain practical skills in conducting comprehensive maturity assessments, identifying key growth areas, and providing strategic advisory to elevate business performance.
