Refunds

In the case of cancellation by Governance Dynamics only, paid orders are eligible for exchange or refund. Refunds can take up to 45 business days to be completed. Due to the nature of Governance Dynamics’ business, paid orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable in all other cases.

 

Program Cancellation

In the case of cancellation by Governance Dynamics only, participants shall be informed of program cancellation via email prior to the scheduled event. The email will communicate upcoming scheduled events or issue refund terms.
