Government Dynamics provides a range of professional solutions and services related to governance. These solutions and services provided are pragmatic and tailored specifically to address the problems at hand, taking into account, of course, the strategic theory of the business or the company in the short and long term.

The company participated in the twelfth edition of the Telecom Review Summit for Telecom Sector Leaders, hosted by Beirut. On the sidelines of this participation, Technotel magazine had an exclusive interview with the managing partner of Government Dynamics, Fadi Sidani, where he introduced us more to the company, its fields of work and the nature of its services.

In this exclusive interview, Sidani highlighted the importance of governance and its place within the company’s services and solutions, stressing that the company focuses on clients as individual cases rather than providing general services. Commenting on this, he said: “Our services are linked to governance as a whole, as we view governance as a comprehensive solution. We address everything related to board issues, risk management, IT governance and compliance…”

He added, “We work with experts in the field and offer tailored solutions for each case separately. Each client is an individual case for us and our services are tailored to the needs of our clients.”

Technology has affected various sectors and now ICT is a part of all these sectors and fields. This transformation has prompted companies to change their strategies and policies in order to keep pace with the rapid technological development and benefit from its benefits. Sidani continued, “The field of information and communication technology has undoubtedly changed the shape of the world. Things are changing and changing very quickly (from the third generation to the fifth generation), which has created a lot of new opportunities and made things that were once impossible possible.”

According to what Sidani stressed here, it was necessary to make a qualitative leap in terms of policies and strategies. He added, “That is why we are no longer looking at a five-year strategy, we are talking about three to six-month strategies and they are constantly changing. Therefore, the models used have moved from long-term strategies to very short-term strategies.”

In addition to the above, Government Dynamics solutions are designed to help organizations achieve a better future and manage the future more successfully. From here, Fadi Sidani stressed that the goal that the company seeks to achieve this year revolves around raising awareness of the importance of governance. He continued: If we look at the main problems in the Middle East and in the corporate world in particular, whether in the private or public sectors, they are all related to governance; How to define and adjust KPIs, measure success, prevent fraud and achieve growth

Regarding the company’s goals for this year, Sidani stressed that they mainly revolve around raising awareness of issues related to governance at the level of all areas and sectors in the region. He added, “We participate in important activities, events and events such as Telecom Review for leaders in the telecom sector that allow to convey this message. We aspire without a doubt to raise the bar when it comes to governance.”

When asked about Government Dynamics’ participation in this year’s edition of the Telecom Review Summit for leaders in the telecommunications sector, Sidani praised the importance of this event, which is held twice a year, considering that it is necessary to hold this event on a quarterly basis because it contributes to advancing the wheel of change for various sectors and companies

He concluded, “Bringing these experts from different fields under one roof to talk about different and pressing topics has a huge impact on the sector. In the Middle East, we need such initiatives because we are not moving fast enough at a time when these initiatives are leading the shift in the right direction.” “
